SMHA Receives Grant from Ohio EPA for Litter Cleanup
SMHA was awarded a $5,000 grant from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency to facilitate a litter cleanup event and educational opportunities at Jackson Sherrick, Ellisdale, and Linwood. As a part of SMHA’s Green Up Clean Up campaign, the litter clean up event will focus on anti-litter awareness, recycling, and beautification efforts. SMHA staff members Tiffani Walker, Veda Davis, Marty Chumney, Kelly Foster-Lever and Paula Stevens attended the annual OHAC Spring Conference at the Easton Hilton Hotel in Columbus in which SMHA resident Trisha Thompson was one of only six individuals to receive a $1,000 William F.
